Issue 1648 – the BUFFERED registration row a subscription claimed, as the registration funnel observed it.

The two buffered rows of the sizing descriptor’s registration_path (the third, in_place, is EntityMetadata::in_place_capable’s). Observed, never inferred from the entry’s language: issue 1319’s table has a C/C++ registration with no type hint that takes the closure buffer exactly like a Rust generic one.
