Variants

LaunchFileNotFound

init_with_launch(path) was passed a path that does not exist or could not be read.

LaunchParseFailed

The launch file existed but could not be parsed.

Phase 212.L.5 ships a stub — actual XML parsing arrives with the runtime-overlay wave. Until then this variant is unused.

EnvParseFailed

A launch-derived env var (ROS_DOMAIN_ID, etc.) failed to parse.
