Notes
Runtime is run by a maintainer, hence cadence = "manual". The model is not licence-gated: nros setup --tool arm-fvp fetches it from a pinned Arm download. CI does not run it because of cost and x86_64-only hosting. It is the target of the Autoware safety-island reference consumer.
