Issue 2225 (RFC-0113 D9) – the wake half of a framework’s park slot: called after every signal of the executor’s wake object, from the signalling context. A framework whose tier is a scheduled item rather than a parked thread (a PX4 work item) re-schedules the tier here. Must be thread-safe, non-blocking and O(1).
