The placement arithmetic and its data types live in nros-executor-layout (issue 1197) so a HOST build script can evaluate them for a target it is not compiling. Re-exported here because this is where every consumer already looks, and because NATIVE — the only part that names the types — has to live in the crate that owns them. Size and alignment of one region’s element type.
