phase-496 W1 (issue 1471) – generated, not a literal: the NROS_EXECUTOR_MAX_MONITORS knob, whose derived rung is the image’s own monitor_rows count (the sizing descriptor’s [image] monitor_rows), 8 when nothing states or derives it. A table longer than this is REFUSED at install (check_table_capacity), never truncated: the spin loop inspects only the first MAX_MONITORS specs, so a truncating install would boot with the rest of the contract silently unwatched.
