pub fn args_have_ros_args<I, S>(args: I) -> boolExpand description
Does args open a --ros-args scope at all?
No longer the refusal’s predicate — since the -r parse landed, a vector
with --ros-args is parsed, and only what it cannot honour is refused
(nros_node::ros_args::parse_ros_args). Kept because “will this argv be
read?” is still a question a caller can ask before handing it over.
Exact match only. --ros-args-extra is not the flag, and a prefix match
would claim an argument nano-ros never reads — pinned by a unit test.
