  • Cooperative Perception and Motion Planning
  • Implicit and Explicit Interaction
  • Modeling and Data-Driven Methods (AI / Foundation Models)
  • Confirmed lecturers include Prof. Christoph Stiller (KIT), Prof. Alexander Carballo (Gifu University / Autoware), Chi-Sheng (Daniel) Shih (National Taiwan University, Taiwan), and Ryohsuke Mitsudome (TIER IV / Autoware Foundation Lead)
  • Data Hackathon with real-world cooperative driving datasets
  • Interactive poster sessions
  • Cultural and outdoor activities along the Pacific coast

【Fees】 (includes accommodation, meals, and all activities)

  • ¥160,000 — Academic students (university-funded)
  • ¥220,000 — Industrial students & others (company-funded students, post-docs, young professionals)
  • Single-room upgrade: +¥60,000 (Academic only; default is shared 3-person suite or 4-person cottage)
  • An Inclusivity program (fee waiver, based on merit and need) is also available
